Account Manager:
Acting as a liaison between the client and departments within the company to convey information, Train employees how to service the account, provide progress reports, ensure understanding and make certain everything gets done in an timely manner. Ideal candidate will monitor the client’s budget, explaining costs, and negotiating new terms if necessary. Must be able to listen carefully to the customers needs.

IT Analyst:
Configuring and setting up new websites & mobile applications for new clients. Utilize social networks like Facebook, Google+, Yelp etc.  Improve sales via promotions and advertising for existing clients. Work with clients to resolve issues and help them with change requests. Monitor our worldwide hardware assets and troubleshoot issues to resolution.
